Based out of Oakville, Ontario, Bandhu Law Professional Corporation advises and represents employers with respect to Employment and Labour Law matters.
Since 2013, our clients have trusted us to provide timely, practical advice, tell their story and deliver results. Our loyal base of employer clients trust us to provide exceptional advice, training, litigation, investigation and labour relations services. Clients appreciate our transparent and empathetic approach and our emphasis on value-added billing.
BLPC strives to provide world class service and obtain the best possible results, every time.
We add value because we see several steps ahead. Our visibility comes from the fact that there are few situations we haven’t seen in relation to employment law. This is especially the case where the “writing is on the wall” for an employment relationship. In these situations, our advice minimizes risk and reassures, helping employers to minimize the anxiety of a stressful situation.
When it comes to advocacy and litigation, we attempt to find the quickest path to a fair result. While few cases are ever tried, persuasion starts early. Every file and situation are unique and we don’t rely on boilerplate documents like other law firms. Our recipe for success is to tell your unique story clearly, concisely and compellingly.
Providing the same calibre of service and expertise as lawyers in big firms, we do not insist on hourly fees for every situation. Flat fees, contingent fees and fee caps form part of our value proposition. Our hourly rate, when applicable, is reasonable, appropriately reflecting our expertise, not our address or board room artwork. Regardless of how we bill, our promise is to provide outstanding service and value.
We employ video conferencing solutions whenever feasible, including with respect to initial consultations, witness interviews and workplace investigations. We are as close to being a paperless office as possible. This keeps costs down and helps us move your matter along.
